About Permanent Makeup
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic technique which deposits small amounts of pigment into the dermis as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup, such as, eyeliner, eye brows, lipstick. It is used to produce artificial eyebrows, particularly in people who have lost their hair as a consequence of old age, disease, such as alopecia, chemotherapy, or a genetic disturbance. The techniques can be applied to disguise scars and white spots in the skin. It is also used to restore or enhance the breast’s areola following a mastectomy procedure from breast cancer or breast augmentation.
